It was in 2001 that Canadian beauty Meaghan Rath started her acting career. It was with a small role in the movie Lost and Delirious. After some time, she landed a role in the show Fries with That? and then in the miniseries 10.5: Apocalypse. Her first starring role on the television was as Adena Stiles in 15/Love. She next starred in the made-for-television movie I Me Wed.

She later joined the main cast of the show The Assistants. Mainstream prominence came in the 2010s. This is thanks to her role as Sally Malik in the show Being Human. Afterward, she had recurring roles in Kingdom and New Girl. She also had recurring parts in Banshee and Secrets and Lies. She next starred in the show Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life. As of 2017, she plays the starring role of Tani Rey in Hawaii Five-0. She also starred as Clea Annou in the series Rogue.

Looking at her smoking hot figure, it’s obvious the actress is a fitness enthusiast. She sure loves an intense workout to keep her body slender and toned. She also loves challenging her body to improve her strength. So, how does the star stay in shape and her keep her legs super toned? In an interview, she got candid about it, saying: “I love that feeling you get after a really tough workout. The sense of accomplishment in seeing how far you can push yourself.”

One of her favorites is sticking to this workout DVD called Pop Physique: Hardcore. She credits this DVD as one of her secrets for having great legs. Gushing about how much she loves it, she said: “This move is pretty torturous, but it’s the absolute best move I’ve found for the entire thigh. Staying active gets endorphins flowing and makes you an all around lovelier person.”
