Canadian actress Kacey Rohl started her professional acting career in the 2010s. She made her debut with a small role on the TV series V. She next made guest appearances on such TV shows as Caprica, Fringe, Tower Prep, and R. L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour: The Series. At the same time, she had roles on the TV movies The Client List, Bond of Silence, and Geek Charming. Her first notable role on television was as Sterling Fitch on the AMC series The Killing. In 2011, she made her cinematic debut playing the role of Prudence in the film Red Riding Hood.

Her subsequent works on the big screen were Sunflower Hour, Sisters & Brothers, and Flicka: Country Pride. She went on to have guest roles on Supernatural, Cracked and Played. From 2013 to 2015, she played the recurring part of Abigail Hobbs on Hannibal. She next starred on the short-lived series Working the Engels. As of 2016, she plays the recurring character of Marina on the Syfy series The Magicians. Additionally, she played Kerry Campbell on Wayward Pines and Alena on Arrow. Other guest works were in Once Upon a Time, iZombie, and The X-Files.

In an interview, the actress shared some of her healthy habits. When it comes to having a balanced lifestyle, what she does is: “Eat well, be active, keep in touch with friends and family.” She said that she naturally follows a balanced diet. What makes her motivated? She said: “I feel better when I eat well. Plain and simple.” She also avoids eating meat and dairy products as she’s allergic to them. Being an actress, she’s always on the go and her busy schedule makes eating a challenge sometimes. So, she has her go-to foods which are “pasta with stir-fry, steamed kale with beans and quinoa and huge salads.”
