Biography:

Amrita Arora was born January 31, 1981 in Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She studied acting with Ritu Ghai. In 2002, her acting career started with her debut in the Bollywood film Kitne Door Kitne Paas, playing Karishma Patel.

Her debut did not fare well in the box office but was able to make it up with her second film, Awara Paagal Deewana. In 2003, she made a special appearance in the film Zameen, performing in the song “Dilli Ki Sardi”.

She has since starred in several other feature films including Shart: The Challenge, Girlfriend, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Fight Club – Members Only, Red: The Dark Side and Rama Rama Kya Hai Dramaaa, among others.
