Rose Leslie Diet Plan

Rose Leslie

Game of Thrones star Rose Leslie debuted in 2008, first appearing in an episode of Banged Up Abroad. She next appeared in the TV movie New Town the following year. In 2010, she became known for her role as Gwen Dawson in the popular period drama Downtown Abbey. After this, she appeared in 2 episodes of the TV series Case Histories. Her major breakthrough, however, was her role as Ygritte in HBO’s Game of Thrones, which she played from 2012 to 2014. Around the same time, she made her cinematic debut in the film Now Is Good. Following this, she returned to Downton Abbey in 2015 to reprise her role as Gwen.

She also starred in the feature films Honeymoon and The Last Witch Hunter. Leslie also guest-starred in Blandings and Utopia. Later, she played Sarah Farriner in the ITV series The Great Fire, as well as played DS Emma Lane in 2 episodes of Luther. In 2016, she voiced Red Riding Hood in the BBC One animated series Revolting Rhymes. That same year, she had performances in the movies The Last Dance and Morgan. Leslie then landed the role of Maia Rindell in The Good Wife spin-off series The Good Fight, which she has been playing since 2017. She recently appeared as herself in an episode of Saturday Night Live, the one her husband Kit Harington hosted.

Rose Leslie takes her health and fitness seriously but she doesn’t take it to the extreme. She doesn’t work out incessantly, nor does she starve herself to stay slim. She simply doesn’t believe in any fad diets. At age 32, she’s naturally slender. Of course, she takes care of her overall well-being by focusing on a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating well. She stays away from processed and junk foods and focuses on clean, whole foods. She also prefers her meals homemade.
