American celebrity Rachel Nichols is a familiar face both on TV and movies. She had her beginnings on the big screen, but it was on TV that she first established her name. This was as Rachel Gibson on the popular show Alias. Though she only starred on the show for its final season, it opened more opportunities for her. During this period, she had roles in various films. This includes The Amityville Horror, P2, Charlie Wilson’s War, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. In the 2010s, she became known for starring as Ashley Seaver on Criminal Minds. She next played the lead on the Canadian TV series Continuum. Her most recent role was in the 2016 movie Pandemic.

Standing at 5’10, the actress is remarkable for her modelesque figure given her height and lean figure. It’s also quite shocking that the actress is already nearing her 40s. Looking at her, there aren’t signs at all that she’s only three years shy of 50. Apart from her incredible genes, Rachel maintains her beauty and fitness by living a healthy life. She tries her best to eat healthy most of the time. She also engages in regular workouts to maintain the shape and definition of her body, not only to look great but to feel stronger, as well.

In an interview, she got candid with her workout habits. She said: “I always take the month of August off. I’ll go home to Maine and just enjoy myself, eat lobster rolls, relax, and let my body take a break. My trainer, Valerie Waters, once said that September is the new January, and I really think that’s true, so I’ll get back into my routine in September. I normally work out six days a week. I’ll do Pilates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and I’ll do cardio on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.”
