Kate Bosworth Workout Routine


Kate Bosworth is an American star whose acting career started in the late ’90s. Her debut was in the movie The Horse Whisperer. Shortly after, she appeared in the film Remember the Titans. She attracted worldwide attention with her portrayal as a young surfer in Blue Crush. She earned MTV nominations for her work in the movie. Subsequently, she starred in Wonderland and Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!. Eventually, she got cast for the role of Lois Lane in Superman Returns. She next starred in 21. In the 2010s, she starred in Straw Dogs, Big Sur, Still Alice, and most recently Before I Wake. She will star in the upcoming movie Finding Steve McQueen. The only role she had on television was on The Art of More.

The 33-year-old actress continues to look fit and slender. This is because she takes the time and efforts to take care of herself. Aside from eating right, the actress also invests her time and energy to fitness. For her, nutrition and fitness should work hand in hand in order to achieve a healthy and fit body. This is the reason why Kate is not only slim, she’s also lean and strong. Her look in Blue Crush is a great manifestation of her amazing physical appearance and capacity. In an interview, Kate revealed her workout habits:

“I like to exercise five times a week for 30-45 minutes a day, depending on how much time I have. Normally, I work out in the mornings to jump-start my day. Even if it’s only for 20 minutes, I feel much better both mentally and physically if I’ve done something. I mix up a full body routine with cardio, jump rope, light weights, and my own body resistance.” This only shows that the actress practices self-imposed discipline to get her body going.
