Spencer Grammer debuted in 1992, first appearing in an episode of Cheers where her father Kelsey Grammer starred in. In the 2000s, she decided to pursue acting full-time and landed roles in several television shows. This included Clubhouse, Jonny Zero, Third Watch, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Bedford Diaries, and Six Degrees.

Her first notable role on the small screen was as Dr. Lucy Montgomery in the soap opera As the World Turns. In the movies, she had her first film role in Beautiful Ohio. She next had an uncredited role in Descent. Grammer rose to wider fame for starring as Casey Cartwright in the comedy-drama series Greek. She starred on the said show from 2007 to 2011. Afterward, she guest-starred in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: NY.

The actress then ventured into voice acting, starring as Summer in the animated series Rick and Morty, a gig she still performs up to present. At the same time, she had guest appearances in Royal Pains, Royal Pains, Scorpion, and Grey’s Anatomy. She went on to star as Ashleigh Willows in the short-lived series Mr. Robinson. In 2018, she appeared as Beth Miller in some episodes of the web series Tell Me a Story. During this period, Grammer also had performances in some independent films.

Spencer Grammer keeps her body healthy by eating well and living an active lifestyle. Despite her crazy schedule, she makes an effort to squeeze some time in for her workout routine. Speaking of her fitness regimen, she doesn’t do anything intense. She’s content to keeping her weight healthy by performing some cardio, stretches, and yoga. She’s also tried Pilates. She loves to walk, run, and hike, which she already considers crucial parts of her exercise routine.
