English celebrity Catherine Tyldesley debuted in an episode of Coronation Street in 2006. She next had one-time roles in Holby City and Sorted. Her first starring role on television was as Iris Moss in the British period drama series Lilies. At the same time, she guest-starred in an episode of The Street. She later starred in the made-for-television film Florence Nightingale, as well as appeared in one episode of Doctors.

In 2009, she starred in the TV film Red Riding. She continued her acting career in the 2010s, first starring as Psycho Sarah in the British sketch comedy show Scallywagga. She next gained wider recognition courtesy of her role as Abi Peterson in the soap opera Emmerdale. Following this, she had one-time roles in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, The Royal, and Shameless. From 2011-2018, she gained popularity for her role as Eva Price in the ITV series Coronation Street. Simultaneously, she had a recurring character as Emma in the show Trollied. She has also appeared on the current affairs news program Tonight as a reporter.

From being a size 22, the actress and TV personality has since transformed herself into a size 10. As to how she succeeded, the actress said it was just a matter of eating the right kinds of food. “I think it’s about creating a lifestyle,” shared the actress. “If you want to sustain a healthy weight and feel good about yourself then you need to fuel your body with the right food.”

So, what was her diet plan like while she was in the process of losing weight? For breakfast, she usually would have an “omelet (3 eggs) with wilted spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms”. For lunch, it’s “chicken and avocado salad with a side of grilled asparagus.” After her training, she would snack on “prawns or eat tuna with broccoli and four Brazil nuts.” Her snacks are usually fruits, like blueberries or an apple. For dinner, it’s “homemade steak burgers with aubergine fries.”
