Spencer Grammer

Hollywood star Spencer Grammer had her career beginnings in the 2000s. Initially, she appeared with a small role in an episode of Cheers back in 1992. She returned in 2004 with a 2-episode role in the TV series Clubhouse. Later, she had one-time roles in Jonny Zero, Third Watch, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Bedford Diaries, and Six Degrees. In 2006, she made her cinematic debut in the film Beautiful Ohio. She next appeared as Stephanie in the film Descent.

Back on TV, she played Dr. Lucy Montgomery in the soap opera As the World Turns. Grammer came to wider prominence for her role as Casey Cartwright in the comedy-drama series Greek, which she starred in from 2007 to 2011. Following this, she guest-starred in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: NY. In 2013, she played Molly in the short-lived series NBC Ironside. As of 2013, she plays the role of Summer in the animated series Rick and Morty.

Her next roles were in an episode of Royal Pains and Chicago PD, after which she landed the main role of Ashleigh Willows Mr. Robinson. The show, however, was canceled after one season. In 2018, she portrayed Beth Miller in the web series Tell Me a Story. In addition, Grammer has also appeared in the films Missing William, In Lieu of Flowers, Roommate Wanted, Beyond Paradise, and Boone The Bounty Hunter.

The 36-year-old actress stays in shape by living a healthy lifestyle. A huge part of this is her clean diet plan, which she starts by avoiding processed foods. She focuses on clean, whole foods that aren’t tainted by chemicals and other artificial ingredients. This is also one of the reasons why she prefers homemade meals rather than eating out. Her diet plan mainly consists of lean meat with plenty of fruits and vegetables. She’s also strong on whole grains and healthy fats like fish and olive oil.
