Actress Rachel Griffiths had her career beginnings in the early ’90s, debuting on the TV show Secrets. She next appeared on the Irish program Jimeoin. Meanwhile, she made her cinematic debut in the acclaimed Australian film Muriel’s Wedding. She next had roles in the films Cosi, Jude, and Children of the Revolution. She later appeared as Samantha Newhouse in the Hollywood film My Best Friend’s Wedding. She next co-starred as Hilary du Pré in the British biographical movie Hilary and Jackie. Her career flourished in the 2000s, first starring as Brenda Chenowith on HBO’s Six Feet Under.

Following this, she starred as Sarah Walker on the ABC drama series Brothers and Sisters. Also during this period, she had performances in the movies Very Annie Mary, Blow, The Rookie, Ned Kelly, Step Up, and Beautiful Kate. In the 2010s, she had roles in the movies Burning Man, Underground: The Julian Assange Story, Patrick, Saving Mr. Banks, Mammal, Hacksaw Ridge, Don’t Tell, and The King’s Daughter. On television, her latest performances were in the miniseries When We Rise and Dead Lucky. She’s also had recurring roles on House Husbands and Barracuda.

The actress regards her health with the utmost importance but she also knows how to take it easy. When it comes to diet and exercise, the Aussie beauty doesn’t obsess about it. “I tend to not get neurotic about it so I can meet my family’s needs and my baby’s needs. But, I am starting to feel like I want to get a little stronger and fitter,” said Griffiths.

Nonetheless, she has an active lifestyle that she accomplishes via her workout routine. One of her favorite go-to workouts is yoga. “I do yoga,” revealed the actress. “I have a trainer, and I work out with him once a week. I’m trying to get to Pilates. I have a schedule on the back of the door, and that’s been there for about 2 months.”
