Michelle Morgan was born on July 16, 1981 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Her professional acting career started in 1999. This was after appearing in the movie Road Rage. Afterward, she focused on finishing her education. She returned to the screen in 2007 with her role in Fire Serpent. That same year, she starred in the film Diary of the Dead.

It was also in 2007 that she started playing the role of Samantha Louise ‘Lou’ Fleming in the Canadian series Heartland. She still stars on the show up to present, gaining her wider recognition in Canada. She’s also guest-starred in the television shows Stargate Atlantis, The L Word, and Supernatural.
