Margaret Qualley admits to living an unhealthy lifestyle in the previous years, which came along with modeling. “With modelling, there‚Äôs nothing to work on other than losing weight. I definitely had an eating disorder,” said the actress. She has since learned to practice a healthier eating habit, not focusing on shedding pounds but rather on improving her well-being.

For this reason, Qualley mostly eats whole grains, fiber-rich foods like fruits and veggies, and some proteins. She eats lots of fish or chicken with vegetables on the side for her meals. In between these meals, she relies on healthy snacks like almonds, blueberries, yogurts, and smoothies, among others, to keep herself full.
