Hollywood actress Kelly Ripa had her career beginnings in the 1980s, first as a dancer in Dance Party USA. The following decade, she gained recognition for starring as Hayley Vaughan in the soap opera All My Children. She played the said role for more than a decade. In the 2000s, she became a television staple after landing a co-hosting work in the television program Live! with Regis and Kelly, Live! with Kelly, Live! with Kelly and Michael, Live with Kelly and Ryan. She won several Daytime awards for Outstanding Talk Show Host for her work here. She also worked as a co-host in Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade. She also returned to acting, playing Faith Fairfield in the show Hope & Faith. In 2017, she started working as a co-host for CNN Heroes.

The 47-year-old actress can still pull off a sexy bikini despite her age and that’s something she owes to her healthy diet plan. Talking about her clean diet plan, she told ABC News: “I eat a very clean diet. I have lots of vegetables, I eat protein, but I really don’t put a ton of thought into it. It’s everything you’ve read about or heard about in any diet book – don’t eat too much crap, and I don’t. If that’s the secret, then that’s the secret!”

She also follows an alkaline diet. This is when you only consume foods that are low in acid. Despite this, there are still some food items that she can’t completely remove from her lifestyle. She revealed: “I like to drink coffee. I occasionally will have fish. The alkaline diet is primarily a vegan diet, but I like cream in my coffee. I like to have a glass of wine. So I don’t adhere to it strictly, but when I do a cleanse, it will be seven days, and then I go back to my normal life. But my normal life is not that different than the alkaline cleanse.”
