Alexandra Krosney

Hollywood actress Alexandra Krosney debuted in the pilot The Grubbs in 2002. She next had one-time roles in Without a Trace, Family Affair, ER, Grounded for Life, Crossing Jordan, Strong Medicine, and NCIS. She later played the role of Harmony in the Disney Channel Original Movie Read It and Weep. Afterward, she landed more one-episode roles in such TV shows as Numbers, Cory in the House, Lost, and Criminal Minds.

In 2007, she also had performances in the TV movies Shredderman Rules and The Last Day of Summer. Krosney then had a recurring character as Rhonda in the ABC sitcom Surviving Suburbia. She next guest-starred in Psych, Medium, and Nikita. In 2010, she had a voice role in 3 episodes of Transformers: Prime. The actress then played the role of Kristin Baxter in the first season of Last Man Standing.

After this, she made guest appearances in Emily Owens, M.D. and Aquarius. Krosney made her cinematic debut in the 2015 film Barely Lethal. Also, she appeared as herself in the comedy web series Keith Broke His Leg. She starred in the pilot Self Promotion but it was picked up by its network. Her latest role was in the 2016 short film Twenty-Three Pints.

The actress stays fit and healthy by being mindful of her food choices. Already in her 30s, she’s decided to stay away from processed and junk foods. She’s since cut back on sugary and salty foods. She wants to focus on those that are nutritious and solely good for her. With this, her diet plan typically consists of lean meat like fish and chicken and salads to consume more veggies. She also snacks on fruits and fresh juices, almonds, and yogurt. While she chooses healthy foods, it doesn’t mean that deprives herself of the foods that she wants. She still allows herself to eat French fries and pizza every now and then.
