Veteran actress Jessica Lange got her start in the 1970s. She started strong with her big screen debut, starring in the 1976 remake of King Kong. For her role here, she won her first Golden Globe Award. She became one of Hollywood’s well-known actresses in the 1980s with solid performances in the films Tootsie and Frances. She won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for Tootsie. She was also nominated for the Best Actress Award for her performance in Frances.

She also received acclaim for her roles in the movies Country, Sweet Dreams, and Music Box. Her role in the 1994 feature Blue Sky earned her an Academy Award for Best Actress. Also in the 1990s, she starred in the films Cape Fear, Night and the City, Losing Isaiah, and Rob Roy. In the 2010s, she focused on acting on television, portraying Big Edie in the HBO film Grey Gardens. For her role, she won her first Primetime Emmy Award. Her performances in the anthology series American Horror Story during this period were also praised, earning her nominations and multiple awards.

Age doesn’t stop Jessica Lange from being fabulous. She has been in the business for decades and she still continues to give amazing performances in all her works. More notably, she does so while remaining fit and healthy. So what’s the actress’ secret to staying young and sexy? According to the actress, she eats clean and she also exercises. What’s her typical workout routine like? In an interview, she said she loves spending outdoors with her dogs when she’s not busy. She also loves taking classes as her means of staying active. She said: “I take a jazz class and I also take just a regular exercise class with a man who gives me acupressure treatments. It’s just stretching and elongating the muscles.”
