There are little things I like to do like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and drinking plenty of water. My son loves to run around and play so chasing him is a lovely little workout – we also do little push-ups together.”
She also talked about how she was obsessed with fitness before: “I used to be a workout freak, I would work out five times a week but lately it’s been harder with scheduling. I pick my classes based on the music they play.”
