Nick Swardson is an American actor and comedian. In 1999, he debuted in an episode of LateLine. In the 2000s, he had his breakthrough as Terry Bernadino in Comedy Central’s Reno 911! During this period, he also made his cinematic debut in the film Almost Famous. He next had roles in the films Almost Famous, Art School Confidential, and Click. Apart from acting, Swardson is also a prolific writer. He had been credited for his work in the films Malibu’s Most Wanted, Grandma’s Boy, and The Benchwarmers. He also reprised his role as Terry in the movie Reno 911!: Miami. His later film roles were in Blades of Glory, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, and You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. In the 2010s, he starred in his own show Nick Swardson’s Pretend Time. As of 2016, he stars as Gary in the comedy series Typical Rick, which he also created.
