Jai Courtney Diet Plan

Jai Courtney

It was in 2008 that Jai Courtney‘s career started. He made his debut in two episodes of the Australian series All Saints. He next appeared in the show Packed to the Rafters. The following year, he made his first movie appearance in Stone Bros. He later became known for playing Varro in the US series Spartacus: Blood and Sand.

This led him to land roles in some Hollywood films, beginning with Jack Reacher. He next played John “Jack” McClane, Jr. in the action film A Good Day to Die Hard. His next role was in I, Frankenstein. He became further known when he played Eric Coulter in the Divergent films. In 2015, he starred as Kyle Reese in the movie Terminator Genisys. He next played George “Digger” Harkness / Captain Boomerang in Suicide Squad. His latest role was as Garth MacArthur in the series Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later.

Jai Courtney often stars in action-oriented films, which makes it essential for him to prepare his physique – not just its appearance and form but also its strength. Right now, he has a muscular build and bulked up form, which he achieved through physical training and proper diet plan. Of course, he also intends to maintain his fit and healthy form. That’s why he applies discipline when it comes to his workout routine and diet plan. In an interview, he said: “It’s all about staying away from the carbs and sticking to high protein meals.”

For his role in Suicide Squad, Jai continued to do his healthy ways when it came to his diet. He said: “I had a crazy nutritional regimen that included a lot of flesh, a lot of protein.” He went on to say: “It was one of those things that was exhausting at first, for example, getting up and eating oatmeal, chicken breasts, and six eggs the very first thing in the morning.”
