Biography:

Geeta Basra was born on March 13, 1984 in Portsmouth, England. She took acting lessons at Kishore Namit Kapoor’s Acting School. Her acting career started in 2006 with her debut in the Hindi film Dil Diya Hai, playing the role of Neha.

The following year, she landed the part of Roma in the movie The Train. She then took a hiatus from acting and returned in 2013 with her special appearance in the movie Zilla Ghaziabad.

She recently starred as Gehna in the 2014 Bollywood comedy feature Mr Joe B. Carvalho. In addition, she was featured in Sukshinder Shinda and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s music video of the single “Ghum Sum Ghum Sum”.
