Biography:

Sophie Choudry was born on February 8, 1981 in London, England, United Kingdom. She graduated with a degree in European politics and French from the London School of Economics. She is also a gold medallist from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

Her talent in singing was discovered by music director Biddu, who also launched her musical career. In 2002, she moved to Mumbai, becoming a VJ for MTV India. She then ventured into film with her debut in the 2005 movie Shaadi No. 1.

She has since starred in other features including Pyaar Ke Side Effects, I See You, Aa Dekhen Zara, Daddy Cool, Chintuji, and Once Upon ay Time in Mumbai Dobaara!.
