Esha Gupta Workout Routine

Esha Gupta

It was in 2012 that Esha Gupta‘s acting career in India started. She made her debut in the Hindi film Jannat 2 in 2012. This was followed by two more Hindi films: Raaz 3D and Chakravyuh. She next made a special appearance in 2013’s Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. She then starred in the Bollywood feature Humshakals in 2014. She also appeared in the music video Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon. More recently, she starred in the movie Rustom and had a special appearance in Tutak Tutak Tutiya. This year, she starred in the Hindi film Baadshaho, Telugu movie Veedevadu, and the Tamil feature Yaar Ivan. She also played the main antagonist in the movie Commando 2 in 2017.

The film star remains slender and fit by observing a clean and healthy lifestyle. For one, she eats healthy and tries her best to work out on a regular basis. The actress confesses that she is also lucky to have great genes because she doesn’t gain or even lose weight easily. She said: “I neither put on nor lose weight easily. Three days ago, I tried on a gown and now it’s almost an inch loose for me. You can even see the weight loss on my face.” Despite this, she makes sure she stays in shape by combining yoga and gym workouts.

She also admitted that she was chubby when she was younger and didn’t care about how she looked. That changed when she was growing up. She was only motivated to work harder when she joined Miss India. Now she enjoys exercising. She said: ” never get bored of a workout, because I feel great after a session. I currently have a lot going on, so I don’t get to exercise that much. But on a usual day, I go to my building gym in Andheri. I cannot exercise at home. I need to have that mirror in front of me, and that whole vibe of other people working out around me. I do an hour of weights, which include sides and abs, followed by 30 minutes of cardio with crossfit. I alternate the two. So if I do 20 minutes of cardio, I follow that up with 10 minutes of crossfit and vice versa. I like working out in the mornings, but it depends on the day.”
