Indian actress Drashti Dhami made her acting debut in the medical drama series Dill Mill Gayye. She starred on the said show from 2007 to 2009. After that ended, she appeared in some reality shows, such as Big Money: Chota Parda Bada Game and Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan. She returned to acting, starring in the soap opera Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi. She’s also had numerous dance performances in other variety/reality shows.

Later in 2012, she co-starred in the TV series Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. The following year, she participated in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 and was declared its winner. She then hosted the show for its subsequent season. Afterward, she was a contestant in the sports reality show Box Cricket League 1. Dhami then starred in the Indian period drama series Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.

She also returned to Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 as a guest contestant. Continuing her acting career on television, she played starring roles in such TV dramas as Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil and Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka. More recently, she’s had guest performances in other TV shows like in Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Naagin. Also, she was a guest in Bigg Boss 12 and had a dance performance in Kumkum Bhagya.

Drashti Dhami takes good care of her overall wellness with a clean diet and an active lifestyle. She eats a balanced diet with foods that are rich in nutrients. As for her workout routine, she performs a variety of activities to mix things up. This helps her feel motivated when exercising. Of course, one of her go-to workouts is dancing. This has been a crucial part of her entertainment career in addition to acting. Recently, she’s also revealed on her social media that she enjoys doing Tabata workouts with her trainer.
