Television star Drashti Dhami had her career beginnings in the late 2000s. She made her debut on the television show Dill Mill Gayye. There, she played a supporting role. After her stint on this program, she got her break as the lead star on the television show Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi. She next starred on the series Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon where she had a dual role. After the show ended, she continued her television career with another starring performance on Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani. More recently, she starred on the television series Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil. Aside from her work on televisions serials, the actress is known for her reality shows appearances. For instance, she joined Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 where she was declared the winner.

The 32-year-old actress and reality star admits to struggling with her weight and that a lot of people criticize her for it as well. This is the reason she makes sure she eats healthy to maintain her healthy weight and remain strong. Now that she’s in her 30s, she understands it’s more crucial to be mindful of what she puts in her body. For this reason, she avoids eating processed and junk foods. She consciously chooses healthy and nutritious foods only. She avoids those that are sugary, starchy, and salty. She also steers clear of fried and only foods.

Not only are they bad for her health, these also make her lethargic. The Indian beauty actually loves all kinds of Gujarati foods. She focuses on eating nutritious meals with sufficient portion of carbs, protein and fats. She snacks in between her meals to avoid being hungry. But she also chooses healthy options like nuts and fruits. Despite this, she also understands the importance of keeping herself happy, so she allows herself to indulge in her cravings every now and then. Her guilty pleasure? Baskin Robins chocolate chip ice cream!
