Bollywood star Anushka Sharma was first a model. She eventually pursued acting for good. With her beauty, hard work and persistence, she landed the female lead in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She was nominated for Best Actress and Best Female Debut at the Filmfare for this. Her career in the 2010s became more active and remarkable. Her starring roles in Band Baaja Baaraat and Jab Tak Hai Jaan cemented her fame. The latter even got her a Best Supporting Actress award at the Filmfare. She had a series of commercial successes, too – like in the films PK and Sultan. One of her latest films is Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Standing at 5’9, the 28-year-old actress is notable for her beauty and curvaceous figure. The Bollywood star takes care of herself by exercising and eating right. She accepts the importance of both fitness and nutrition in her overall well-being. For this reason, she makes sure she only eats healthy foods most of the time. She stays away from fatty foods. She also avoids those with high sugar or salt as such foods make her lost her physical and mental energy.

For breakfast, she has 2 egg whites with a glass of fresh fruit juice. This healthy combination keeps her going and puts her in a good mood. Her snacks typically consist of cheese toast with lime or coconut water during the day and protein bars or seasonal fruits at night. She avoids junk foods and all kinds of oily foods. She also drinks a glass of milk before going to bed.
