Deepika Padukone Diet Plan


Bollywood star Deepika Padukone entered the acting industry sometime in the mid 2000s. Her debut was as the title part in the Kannada feature Aishwarya. She made her Bollywood debut in the movie Om Shanti Om. She also won a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for this. Her work in the films Love Aaj Kal and Lafangey Parindey got her good reviews for her acting. It was however in 2012’s Cocktail that made a huge difference. She earned lots of awards and nominations for her work in this film. She also was the center of attention in the comedies Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Happy New Year as well as in the historical romance Bajirao Mastani. Additionally, she won Best Actress awards at Filmfare for roles in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela and Piku.

The 30-year-old actress takes care of herself by eating health. This is also one of the things she does in order to maintain her slender figure. Eating right does not only make her look good, it also makes her feel good. It gives her increased energy levels and enhanced stamina. That’s why eating healthy is something that she does naturally because of the health benefits. She mostly consumes healthy foods and avoids eating processed ones.

She starts her day right by having a healthy breakfast. This usually consists of low-fat milk, two egg whites or dosa, idli, and upma. For lunch she eats 2 chapattis, fresh vegetables and grilled fish. For dinner, she goes light by only eating vegetables chapattis and fresh green salads. She also has coffee and nuts as her snacks. In addition, the actress drinks coconut water or fresh, natural juices and eats lots of mangoes and grapes. She has a sweet tooth but she prefers eating dark chocolates since these are healthier. With her balanced diet, no wonder Deepika looks wonderful.
