Hollywood celebrity Angie Harmon mainly established her career on television. Her first ever notable role was as Ryan McBride on Baywatch Nights. After this, she starred on the short-lived series C-16: FBI. From late 1990s to early 2000s, she became known for her portrayal of Abbie Carmichael on Law & Order. In 2005, she joined the main cast of the another short-lived series Inconceivable. She next played the lead on the show Women’s Murder Club, which only lasted for one season. From 2010 to 2016, she found prominence for playing Jane Rizzoli on the TV show Rizzoli & Isles. On the big screen, she’s only had roles in the 2000s. This includes Good Advice, Seraphim Falls, and End Game, among others.

The 45-year-old actress maintains her slender and fit body by living a healthy life. Despite her busy career and being a mother to three kids, the actress is still able to prioritize her exercises and focus on eating a healthy diet. Being in her 40s, she knows it’s more crucial now than ever to be cautious of the foods she eats. This is not only to maintain her beautiful appearance, but to also protect her overall health. In an interview, the actress became candid of her healthy lifestyle. When she was asked how she maintains her great shape, she said: “I do have a very healthy diet and try to be mostly sugar-free, and now I’m also trying to be gluten-free.” The actress admitted in a different interview years back that she really watches what she eats all the time. Though she confessed how she loves Junior Mint. After having her third daughter, she said in an interview: “I’ve had to actually work out and drink a ton of water and be conscientious of what I eat and things like that, where I didn’t have to before.”
