Indian star Rhea Chakraborty succeeded in making a name for herself, both in Bollywood and Telugu cinema. Starting her professional career in 2012, her first ever movie was the Telugu feature Tuneega Tuneega. The following year, she debuted in Bollywood with a notable performance in the movie Mere Dad Ki Maruti. Continuing her early stardom, she next starred in another Hindi movie Sonali Cable, for which she played the lead role. This year, she will star in the upcoming Hindi films Half Girlfriend and Bank Cho. In addition, Rhea has appeared on a few MTV shows as host. Hence, she’s also well-known among TV audiences.

Being a newcomer in the acting industry, Rhea already knows she needs to take care of herself in order to maintain her great looks. Of course, this is also important in order to feel healthy inside and out. Aside from her healthy eating habits, the actress also engages in daily exercises to make sure she maintains her normal weight. Working out daily also helps her strengthen her body and boost her energy levels. Plus, working out on a regular basis has been found to be helpful in improving one’s mood as it increases the serotonin levels in the brain.

It has been reported that the actress stays fit and healthy by training in Krav Maga. It is a form of martial arts that is used in the Israeli self-defense system. Moreover, Rhea also revealed that she usually keeps her body fit by engaging in various sports. She basically practices an active lifestyle by performing sports and self-defense training. She said in an interview: “I am always ready for any kind of sport as I have been into games since I was in school.” She also expressed her disapproval of using weight loss pills, saying: “It is safer to be natural and enroll at a gym or practice yoga instead of popping pills.”
