Spencer Locke Workout Routine

Spencer Locke

It was in 2003 that Spencer Locke got her start in the acting industry. Her first ever role was in the straight-to-video film Kidz Bop: Everyone’s a Star! where she appeared as herself. The following year, she had a small role in the film Spanglish. That same period, she appeared as Brandee Case in an episode of Without a Trace. She later played the recurring part of Bitsy Johnson in the Nickelodeon show Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide.

In 2006, she starred in the horror film Monster House. She then got the part of K-Mart in the film Resident Evil: Extinction. She reprised her role in the 2010 sequel Resident Evil: Afterlife. Also in the 2000s, she played Candida Keegel in 5 episodes of Phil of the Future, Jennifer in Big Time Rush, and Kylie in Cougar Town. In the 2010s, she starred as Sally Burnish in the TV series Twentysixmiles. She later had one-time roles in such TV shows as The Vampire Diaries, In Plain Sight, Love Bites, CSI: Miami, and NCIS.

She also portrayed Maddie Bishop in the television movie The Bling Ring. She simultaneously starred in the films Detention, Landmine Goes Click, as well as played Jane Porter in the 2013 film Tarzan. Her latest TV role was in an episode of CSI: Cyber in 2016. Back in the movies, she starred as Melissa Rainier in 2018’s Insidious: The Last Key. She also starred in the feature films The Final Wish and Walk Ride Rodeo.

Spencer Locke stays in shape by sticking to a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Her workout routine is said to combine cardio and meditation, which is why she loves yoga. She’s also tried Pilates, which she’s since credited to strengthening her core and toning her figure. She also runs a couple of times per week, as well as performs errands by walking instead of driving. Small things, she believes, are crucial factors in her daily lifestyle in order to maintain a healthy weight.
