Hollywood star Sofia Milos first starred as Fabiana Borelli in the sitcom Café Americain. Playing the role from 1993 to 1994, this served as her television debut. She next appeared in one-time roles in several TV shows before playing the recurring part of Julia Karinsky in the NBC sitcom Caroline in the City from 1997 to 1998. She simultaneously starred in the movie Mafia! and in the TV film Shadow-Ops. Afterward, she joined the main cast of the short-lived show The Secret Lives of Men as Maria.

In 2000, she played Annalisa Zucca in the acclaimed crime drama The Sopranos. That same year, she also appeared in two episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Later in that decade, she came to prominence for her portrayal of Det. Yelina Salas in CSI: Miami. She played the said role recurrently from 2003 to 2009. Simultaneously, she played Victoria Marston, one of the main cast of the telenovela Desire.

From 2008 to 2009, Milos also became known for her performance as Special Agent Bianca LeGarda in the Canadian drama The Border. Also in the 2000s, she landed some roles in the movies, including The Ladies Man, Double Bang, The Order, Passionada, The Cross, and Family Jewels. In the 2010s, the actress continued her work on television. She had guest appearances on the TV shows The First Family, Tatort, 1600 Penn, and Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.

Apart from her clean diet plan, the TV star maintains a healthy figure by engaging in physical activities. Her workout routine is varied but she tries to exercise as regularly as possible. ” I also like doing physical exercise, like doing yoga, which connects me to my breath. It also helps with concentration, strength and helps me relax,” said Milos. In addition, the actress loves taking power walks. She also partakes in salsa dancing because it “keeps her in the present”.
