Salli Richardson

Hollywood actress Salli Richardson had her career beginnings in the early 1990s. She made her debut in the 1991 film Up Against the Wall. On television, she began her career by making guest appearances. Her first regular work was the voice of Elisa Maza in the animated series Gargoyles. She reprised her role in Gargoyles: The Goliath Chronicles. Afterward, she starred in the short-lived series Mercy Point.

In the 2000s, she played the recurring character of Nancy Adams in Rude Awakening. She also starred as Viveca Foster in Family Law. It was, however, her role as Allison Blake in Eureka that gained her wider recognition. In the 2010s, she had recurring parts in The Newsroom and Being Mary Jane. From 2015 to 2017, she starred as Maggie in the series Stitchers. As a film actress, she had notable roles in the films Biker Boyz, Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, I Am Legend and Pastor Brown.

The film and television actress may already be in her 50s but she sure looks younger than her actual age. She still appears slender and fit with her toned physique. What could be her secret to maintaining a svelte figure? For one, she only eats clean and natural foods. She avoids consuming processed and junk foods and focuses on eating whole foods. In an interview, she said about her diet:

“Generally speaking I maintain a healthy diet (all natural food), my youngest child is not even a year yet, and I have already gotten down to my pre-baby weight. My main purpose for detoxing is to start my new year off with a clean body, plus I went a little crazy during the holiday eating plenty of food. You know how it is, Mommy making that delicious macaroni and cheese, and other fixins you remember as a child.”
