Hollywood star Lina Esco ventured into an entertainment career with the 2005 romantic drama film London. The following year, she made her first television role in an episode of CSI: NY. Subsequently, she starred as Katie Vega in the short-lived television series Cane. This marked her first starring role on the small screen. After this, she played the role of Elisa in some episodes of Heroes: Destiny.

At the same time, she acted in the short film called The Evening Journey, as well as guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Esco landed more roles in the 2010s, starting with the independent movies Kingshighway and Where the Road Meets the Sun. She next appeared in the pilot Exit Strategy, followed by a performance in the film LOL.

In 2014, she wrote, directed, and starred in the feature film Free the Nipple. Her next film role was in 2016’s Fairy Dust. At the same time, she played the part of Kara in several episodes of Flaked and appeared as Ava Flores in Kingdom. She then landed the role of Christina “Chris” Alonso in the CBS series S.W.A.T., a role she still plays up to present. Her regular stint on the said show has since earned her mainstream fame.

Lina Esco stays in good shape by practicing a healthy lifestyle. She eats clean, stays active, and exercises often. Speaking of exercising, the actress shared in an interview what her go-to workout is, which she said is boxing. “My friend said, ‘Let’s go box’. And soon I was hitting the bag every day. Now I can’t live without it,” said the actress.
