Rachel Boston

It was in 2001 that actress Rachel Boston had started acting. Her first gig was on the TV show The Andy Dick Show. Subsequently, she landed the role of Beth Mason in the TV series American Dreams. This marked her first ever starring role on the small screen. American Dreams ran for three seasons, earning her significant attention.

After this ended, she landed guest spots in several shows. She also appeared in the movie Fifty Pills. She later played Alison in the movie (500) Days of Summer. She then landed the role of Daphne Bloom in the TV series The Ex List. In 2011, she was praised for her performance in the independent feature The Pill. She next starred in the movie It’s a Disaster. From 2011 to 2012, she played Det. Abigail Chaffee in the show In Plain Sight. She also played Ingrid Beauchamp in Witches of East End.

The TV star maintains her health and fitness by being physically active. She understands that proper diet alone is not enough to sustain a healthy and a strong body. So, she makes sure that she has time for working out. She hates a sedentary lifestyle as she knows how bad it is for her body and overall health. In an interview, when asked about exercises she regularly does, she said: “I love the simplicity and freedom of running. A pair of shoes, and you are all set to explore new trails. I also found a great dance studio in Santa Fe with Zumba and N.I.A. classes. It’s a wonderful community of women and you leave with a giant smile on your face.”

When it comes to her go-to workout moves, she loves the outdoors. She said: “I grew up hiking and horseback riding in Tennessee, so I love being outside. I will joyfully run 12 miles.” The only thing she’s not very good at is boot camps. She said: “I’m not very good at boot camps. When they start yelling, I start laughing.”
