The actress said it’s all about balance and proper dieting. Of course, it’s also about being active in her lifestyle. Physical inactivity not only increases your risks of being overweight, it also causes other health issues. These are the things that the actress wants to avoid. She wants to keep being fit and healthy.

In an interview, she said about her fitness routine: “I really try to make time to workout at least 3 times a week. I do cardio on my own and twice a week I have a personal trainer for weight workouts when I am not shooting.
When I am on my own, I jump on a machine and do 20-45 minutes of cardio. Sometimes I go through a yoga phase or a spinning phase, but I try to vary my workouts so my body doesn’t get used to any one thing.”
