Maggie Siff Diet Plan

Maggie Siff

Hollywood actress Maggie Siff got her start in the mid-2000s. She made her debut in an episode of Third Watch. She later made appearances in the shows Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Rescue Me, and Grey’s Anatomy. Her first movie was in 2007’s Michael Clayton, followed by the film Then She Found Me. At the same time, she played recurring role Rachel Menken in Mad Men, as well as played Rachel Ben Natan in the show Nip/Tuck. She gained wider recognition in 2008 when she started playing the role of Tara Knowles in the FX series Sons of Anarchy.

She was part of the show’s main cast from seasons 1-6. While on the show, she had roles in the films Push, Leaves of Grass, Funny People, and Concussion. She also guest-starred in the shows Life on Mars and A Gifted Man. In 2016, she had roles in the movies The 5th Wave, A Woman, a Part, and The Sweet Life. In 2016, she began playing Wendy Rhoades in the Showtime series Billions, which recently got renewed for a fourth season. Her latest film role was in 2017’s One Percent More Humid.

The 44-year-old actress remains fit and healthy thanks to her clean diet plan. As she’s now older, she knows better than to indulge in processed and junk foods. Wanting to stay slim and healthy at the same time, the Billions star makes sure that her diet mainly consists of nutritious foods. She also focuses on having organic foods as well. Her general rule when it comes to her diet routine is to consume lean proteins, whole grains, and fiber-rich foods such as veggies and fruits. She, of course, allows herself to eat foods she likes as she doesn’t want to deprive herself. But in order to keep a balanced diet, she indulges her cravings in moderation.
