Morgan Saylor Diet Plan

Morgan Saylor

Hollywood actress Morgan Saylor had her career beginnings in the mid-2000s. Her first ever acting gig was in two episodes of The Sopranos. She next appeared in the show K-Ville. She later made her film debut in 2009’s Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant. Her next role was in the movie Father of Invention.

She gained her major breakthrough in the 2010s after landing the role of Dana Brody in Homeland. She was part of the show’s main cast from seasons 1-3. After her role on the show ended, she focused on her film career. She went on to have notable roles in the films Jamie Marks Is Dead, McFarland, USA, and Being Charlie. More recently, she had roles in the films White Girl and Novitiate. This year, she starred in the movie Just a Little Bit Longer.

The 23-year-old actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy lifestyle. She does so by choosing healthy foods over junk foods most of the time. When asked about her ideal food day in an interview, she said: “I’d probably start off the day with something cozy at home…Maybe a frittata packed full of fresh veggies – perhaps spinach, tomatoes and peppers – topped with some slices of avocado, plus cold and black coffee. I’d have something fishy for lunch. As a pescetarian, I love a fresh catch. For dinner…a pasta dish. Something warm and made with love – maybe a puttanesca spaghetti sort of thing. And a glass or two of red wine.”

Even when she’s working, she tries her best to eat healthy foods. Sharing about her go-to lunch meals during a busy day, she revealed: “Some big ole salad, maybe with beans or corn or chickpeas. Set lunch usually has a good selection of veggies. I toss all kind of things together and chow down. Nuts and fruits are my constant daytime snack to keep up energy.”
