Weight training is important if you have my kind of body. Because I need to put on muscle and I like looking toned and fit, weight training alone gets boring and I like mixing it up with Pilates,” said the actress.
“I started Pilates two years ago and I really enjoy it. It looks very easy but it’s got a lot to do with your core, your balance, flexibility and stamina,” she added. Sanon also loves to dance, that’s why she incorporates dancing into her workout routine 2-3 times per week. “Dancing is a great form of workout because you use your whole body, it’s not monotonous at all,” she gushed.
