She also became known for playing Zoey Pierson on How I Met Your Mother. She became a television staple for her starring role as Emma Swan on Once Upon a Time. She has also recently starred in the film The Darkness. In addition, she will star in the upcoming horror movie Amityville: The Awakening.

The actress is already nearing her 40s, but she remains fit and toned. Her slender physique is something she has managed to sustain all these years, making her look radiant and youthful. The actress credits this to her healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercising and proper nutrition. Despite being busy on set, she tries her best to consume nutritious foods most of the time. When asked about her diet, she said: “I keep my diet simple by sticking to mostly fruits and vegetables all day and then having whatever I want for dinner. I end up making healthy choices, like sushi or grilled fish, because I feel so good from eating well.” She has also shared her fondness for coconut water, which helps her maintain her health and wellness. She revealed: “I drink coconut water before my workouts. It has just the right amount of calories and electrolytes to get me going. My body has actually started craving it.”
