Keke Palmer

Actress and singer Keke Palmer had her career start in the mid-2000s. She made her film debut in Barbershop 2: Back in Business. Her first TV role was in an episode of Cold Case. She next appeared in the TV movies The Wool Cap and Knights of the South Bronx. She later played the titular character in the film Akeelah and the Bee, followed by another starring role in the movie Madea’s Family Reunion. She went on to star in the films Cleaner, Jump In! and The Longshots. During this period, she also pursued a recording career, releasing her debut album So Uncool in 2007.

Afterward, she rose to fame for her lead role in the Nickelodeon series True Jackson, VP, starring on the show from 2008 to 2011. Subsequently, she voiced the role of Aisha in the animated series Winx Club. She later portrayed Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas in the TV film CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. Her next gig on television was in her own show Just Keke. In 2014, she played Coral Anders in Masters of Sex, followed by her role as Zayday Williams in the Fox series Scream Queens. She has current roles in the shows Star, Berlin Station, and Scream.

The actress is conscious of her health so she makes sure that she follows the healthiest of habits. That includes sticking to a clean diet plan and working out regularly. So, what’s her workout routine like? In an interview, the actress/singer spilled the beans on how she keeps her figure slender. She said:

“I love abs exercises and thigh workouts. When it comes to weight gain, I have to watch my legs and butt most. I find the more muscle I have, the more manageable maintaining my weight becomes. My workout routine fluctuates in intensity depending on the project. Right now it is pretty simple: cardio with light bodyweight training. Every now and then I will do small weights but I’m just trying to stay in shape right now and not doing any extra sculpting.”
