Actress Kathryn Prescott had her career beginnings in the late 2000s. She made her acting debut in an episode of Doctors. She then gained wider recognition for her role as Emily Fitch in the British series Skins. She was part of the main cast from seasons 3-4. Afterward, she made guest appearances on the television shows Monroe, Emily Fitch, Bedlam, and Being Human. She then reprised her role as Emily Fitch in Skins Fire. In 2014, she appeared as Penelope in four episodes of The CW series Reign.

She later landed the dual role of Carter Stevens / Lyndon Wilson in the MTV series Finding Carter. The series aired on television from 2014 to 2015. At the same time, she made her cinematic debut in the film The Hive. She next had notable roles in the miniseries The Dovekeepers and 24: Legacy. In 2017, she starred in the movies Fun Mom Dinner and To the Bone. This year, she had starring roles in the movies Dude and Polaroid. She also guest-starred in the AMC series The Son.

The 27-year-old actress stays in shape by choosing what she eats, which means she mostly sticks to a clean diet plan. She mostly avoids processed and junk foods and sticks with healthy ones. In an interview, the actress got candid about her eating preferences. This was when she was asked about her character in Finding Carter eating lots of frozen yogurt. “Um, I don’t eat dairy! So whenever they give me frozen yogurt on the show it’s this vegan one they’ve made for me,” she said.

She continued: “And in the pilot, the day we were doing that scene [where Carter and her kidnap-mom have a froyo date], we went to a frozen yogurt store where they had a vegan dark chocolate yogurt. And the props department bought me vegan gummi bears. Whenever we’re doing an eating scene, it’s a vegan substitute of whatever I’m meant to be eating.”
