That same year, she starred as Tracy Sterling in the film American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile. Her next movie role was in 2008’s Keith. The 32-year-old actress stays in shape by following a workout routine with yoga being her go-to fitness move. Yoga isn’t only her means of exercising, it’s also her form of relaxation. “There are so many different styles of yoga,” said the Falling Skies actress. “At different times in your life, your body needs different things. I find it neat that the physical practice usually reflects your life and how you’re going through it. Practicing the physical postures keeps your body fit, limber, strong, connected and healthy–and if you let it, it will do the same for your mind. I enjoy it because it’s challenging, playful and keeps me listening to my body.”
