Hollywood star Jessy Schram got her career beginnings in the mid-2000s. She debuted in an episode of the series Drake & Josh. She next starred as Susan Davis on the Hallmark TV film Jane Doe: Vanishing Act. She reprised her role in the sequels. After this, she played recurring character Hannah Griffith on Veronica Mars. She later landed the part of Rachel Seybolt on the short-lived series Life. In 2006, she made her cinematic debut in the film I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With.

That same year, she starred as Tracy Sterling in the film American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile. Her next movie role was in 2008’s Keith. In the 2010s, she became widely known for starring as Karen Nadler on the TNT series Falling Skies. At the same time, she played Ashley Boyd/Cinderella in 4 episodes of Once Upon a Time. She also starred as Christine Kendal on the show Last Resort, after which she played Bonnie Whiteside on Mad Men. In 2015, she played Nance O’Keefe on The Lizzie Borden Chronicles and Cash Gray on Nashville. Also in the 2010s, she had performances in the films Unstoppable, The Submarine Kid, Harvest Moon, and Shot Caller.

The 32-year-old actress stays in shape by following a workout routine with yoga being her go-to fitness move. Yoga isn’t only her means of exercising, it’s also her form of relaxation. “There are so many different styles of yoga,” said the Falling Skies actress. “At different times in your life, your body needs different things. I find it neat that the physical practice usually reflects your life and how you’re going through it. Practicing the physical postures keeps your body fit, limber, strong, connected and healthy–and if you let it, it will do the same for your mind. I enjoy it because it’s challenging, playful and keeps me listening to my body.”
