Lauren Graham Diet Plan

Lauren Graham

Hollywood star Lauren Graham had her career beginnings in the ’90s. She had starring roles on the short-lived shows Good Company, Townies and Conrad Bloom. She ultimately got her break as Lorelai Gilmore on the TV series Gilmore Girls. This earned her mainstream recognition in the 2000s. While on the show, she also acted in films. She appeared in the movies Sweet November, Bad Santa, The Pacifier, Because I Said So and Evan Almighty. After Gilmore Girls finished, she starred in the movies Birds of America, The Answer Man and voice starred in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. In the 2010s, she became known as Sarah Braverman on Parenthood. She’s also recently reprised her role as Lorelai on the web TV series Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

She may be in her 50s, but it clearly doesn’t show. This is because the actress is very cautious of her diet and makes sure that she eats clean and healthy food most of the time. When asked what her go-to power meal is, she answered: “I guess it’s protein and vegetables. I’ve pretty much always been on a diet since I was born. And the women in my family struggle, so I find the less I think about food, in a way, the happier I am. In general, I think I eat less the less I think about it.”

The actress has also managed to maintain her healthy weight by eating healthy and some tricks as well. She revealed: “One thing I think is underrated is eating soup. I did this movie with Jeff Bridges, and I don’t know if he was trying to lose weight or not, but he would carry around this thermos of soup. Also, the best investment I made in the last year was a Vitamix. You can put raw kale in the Vitamix, and you don’t even taste it when you put some fruit and ice in. It comes with all these insane recipes. You can make your own peanut butter. You can grind your own flour.”
