Jennifer Morrison got her career beginnings on the big screen in the ’90s. During this period, she appeared in a couple of films. The next decade, she also began a television career. It was on the small screen that she got her breakthrough as Dr. Allison Cameron on the popular medical series House. While on the show, she landed the recurring role of Zoey Pierson on How I Met Your Mother. More recently, she’s widely known for her role as Emma Swan on the ABC series Once Upon a Time. She played the lead in the first six seasons. It was recently announced that she won’t be coming back for the seventh season. She’s also recently starred in the films The Darkness and Amityville: The Awakening.

The Once Upon a Time actress has managed to maintain her slender and toned figure all these years. She does this by eating healthy and making sure that she’s physically active. With her busy work as an actress, she’s surely already active but she doesn’t stay complacent. She also performs other exercises to make sure that her body stays healthy and that she maintains her weight. One of her workout habits is drinking coconuts. She said: “I drink coconut water before my workouts. It has just the right amount of calories and electrolytes to get me going. My body has actually started craving it.”

When it comes to making sure her body remains slender and toned, she turns to physical workouts. She said: “I used to box and strength- train, but now I alternate between yoga and running three or four times a week. Cardio is the only thing that keeps my legs lean.” Cleaning is another way she exercises her body. It’s also effective for de-stressing. She revealed: “Cleaning is my favorite way to relax. I clear things out and get rid of the stuff I don’t need. When the food pantry and the refrigerator are organized, I feel less stressed.”
