Hollywood star Jennifer Finnigan had her career beginnings in the mid-1990s. She debuted in an episode of the TV series My Hometown. She next made guest roles on The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo and Big Wolf on Campus. Her first starring role on television was as Kim McCloud on Student Bodies. She became more successful in the 2000s, starring as Bridget Forrester on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played the lead on the TV movie The Stalking of Laurie Show. Following this, she played recurring character Dr. Devan Maguire on the NBC series Crossing Jordan.

She later starred on the TV shows Committed and Close to Home. It was also during this period that she pursued a career on the big screen. She made her cinematic debut in the 2006 film High Hopes. She next had roles in the movies The Coverup and Beethoven’s Big Break. From 2010 to 2011, she starred as Madeleine “Maddie” Putney on the short-lived sitcom Better with You. After this, she starred as Dr. Tina Ridgeway on the TNT series Monday Mornings. From 2014 to 2016, she starred as Molly on the FX series Tyrant. In 2017, she started starring as Grace Barrows on the CBS series Salvation. She’s also had roles in the films Icky: An American Dog Story and Andover.

Aside from her healthy diet plan, the actress stays in shape by exercising and living an active lifestyle in general. Her go-to workouts? The actress said in an interview how she loves Pilates. “Pilates, going on 14 years now. And I mix it up with cardio dance classes when I can,” said Finnigan. She may have a crazy schedule with her current stint on CBS’ Salvation but that doesn’t stop her from working out. She exercises whenever she can and that pays off really great — just look at her.
