Hollywood actress Jennifer Finnigan began her acting career in her native Canada. Her first notable role was on the TV show Student Bodies. In the beginning of the 2000s, she became known for playing Bridget Forrester on the American soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. Afterwards, she starred as a recurring character on Crossing Jordan. She also starred on the short-lived show Committed and played the lead on Close to Home. During this period, she made her big screen debut in High Hopes, followed by the film The Coverup. In the 2010s, she starred as Madeleine “Maddie” Putney on the short-lived sitcom Better with You. After its cancellation, she starred on the TV shows Monday Mornings and Tyrant. Her most recent work on TV was on the new series Salvation.

The 38-year-old actress maintains her slender figure and youthful radiance my following a healthy lifestyle. For one, she focuses on eating a clean and nutritious diet. Most of the time she avoids junk and processed foods. Not only are they fattening and bad for the skin, they’re also bad for the health. With her age, she knows it’s more important for her to be more conscious of what she eats, not only for the sake of her looks, but also to make sure her bodily functions remains normal and stable.

At the same time, she also makes sure she indulges in her cravings once in a while. She’s a food lover, so she doesn’t deprive herself of the foods she want to eat. She just makes sure she does so in moderation. In an interview, the actress said: “I try to eat healthy during the week because it keeps my energy up and then on weekends, it’s sort of anything goes. Jonathan [Silverman] and I are big foodies. We love sushi; we love Greek; we love cheeseburgers. We’ll eat just about anything!”
