J. D. Evermore:
J. D. Evermore is an American actor. He had his career beginnings in the mid-1990s. He debuted in an episode of the TV series The Big Easy. In the 2000s, he became more active as a film actor. During this period, he had performances in the films Walk the Line, The Guardian, The Great Debaters, and Stop-Loss, among others. In the 2010s, he had roles in the movies Jonah Hex, The Baytown Outlaws, The Host, 12 Years a Slave, Dallas Buyers Club, Wild, and Deepwater Horizon. This year, he appeared in the features Assassination Nation and First Man. He also played Det. Thomas Silby in Treme, Sheriff Carl Daggett in Rectify, and Harley in The Walking Dead. His latest role on TV is as Detective Connors in Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger.
