Dominik García-Lorido was born on August 16, 1983 in Miami, Florida, U.S.. Her father is actor Andy García. She was raised in Los Angeles. She started her dance training when she was only three. Her first screen appearance was in 1995 in the movie Steal Big Steal Little. She returned to acting in 2004 with a role in Last Goodbye.

Her first notable performance was in 2005’s The Lost City, a movie directed by her father. In the late 2000s she had roles in the feature films City Island and Magic City Memoirs. In 2012, she made her television debut on Magic City. Her most recent movie was 2015’s Wild Card.
