Clémence Poésy Workout Routine

Clémence Poésy

It was in 1999 that French actress Clémence Poésy got her start in the show business. She made her debut in the French TV series Un homme en colère. In 2002, she made her film debut in the German feature Olgas Sommer. She next appeared in the French film Welcome to the Roses. She made her Hollywood debut after landing the role of Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. She next starred in the movie Le Grand Meaulnes, which won her the Swann d’Or for Best Actress.

She also portrayed Mary, Queen of Scots in the BBC mini-series Gunpowder, Treason & Plot. She next played Natasha Rostova in the TV mini-series War and Peace. She became further known when she played Eva Coupeau in Gossip Girl. She later played Isabelle Azaire in the TV drama Birdsong, as well as starred in the made-for-television film Richard II. This year, she has a recurring role as Françoise Gilot in Genius: Picasso. Her latest movie was in 2017’s Final Portrait.

When it comes to staying fit and healthy, eating clean is not enough. She also needs to workout on a regular basis in order to maintain her weight and strengthen her body as well. She tries to be active with running and swimming. She also meditates through yoga, which she says is her favorite, though finding the time to do it consistently can be hard. She said:

“I do yoga as much as I can – it can be hard with work so sometimes I won’t be able to do it for a couple of months. I also love swimming but it’s a case of finding the right pool to go to regularly. It’s hard! I do laps and I just never get bored – if I try to run I just bore myself, I’d have to listen to music or podcasts.”
