American actress Bridget Regan enters the acting world around mid 2000s. She started her career in a TV pilot and a short film. She next appeared in 2 episodes of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Right after this she made her movie debut in The Babysitters. She then had a minor role in the movie Sex and the City. Back on television, she had guest roles on some shows and a recurring role on The Black Donnellys. She landed her first regular role as Kahlan Amnell on Legend of the Seeker. In the 2010s, she had recurring roles on Beauty & the Beast, White Collar, Jane the Virgin and Agent Carter. The said roles earned her wider recognition. She then joined the main cast of The Last Ship’s third season as Sasha Cooper.

Standing at 5’9, the 34-year-old actress has a modelesque figure that she maintains through healthy eating. As her work on television becomes more prolific, it becomes more crucial for her to make sure that she stays in shape. So, she stays active and eats right. In an interview, the actress shared she makes it a point to start her day in the healthiest way possible. She said: “I try to always start the day off right, because if I start the day eating something really unhealthy, my whole day goes down the drain.”

Revealing some parts of her eating habits, she said: “My go-to breakfast is warm water and grated ginger, it’s really good for your digestive system and gets everything going. Then I have porridge with tons of herbs and spices like ginger, lots of cinnamon, some almonds. It’s really good for you. It kind of warms your whole body up and gets you going, and it’s also so filling. And I keep almonds in my car for a quick snack!”
