Hollywood celebrity Brenda Song has been acting since 1994. She first appeared on the TV series Thunder Alley. She next made her cinematic debut in the movie Requiem, as well as starred as Jennie on the first season of the children’s series Fudge. She also had roles in the films Santa with Muscles and Leave It to Beaver. In the 2000s, she gained a much more prolific career, first starring as Sariffa Chung on the sitcom 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd.

Afterward, she had performances in the movies Costume Party Capers: The Incredibles and Like Mike. She gained wider recognition for her role as Tia on Phil of the Future. Following this, she starred as London Tipton on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. She simultaneously played the titular role in the film Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior. From 2007 to 2008, she also hosted the program Pass the Plate.

From 2008 to 2011, she reprised her role as London Tipton on the spin-off The Suite Life on Deck. After the show ended, she played recurring role Alissa on Scandal and Daisy on New Girl. She went on to star as Veronica on the short-lived show Dads. Subsequently, she joined the main cast of the TV series Pure Genius as Angie Cheng. She recently played JJ on the ABC series Station 19. She will star in the upcoming movie Changeland.

The actress maintains a strong and fit body by following a healthy lifestyle. Apart from her workout routine, she also practices a clean diet plan. While she doesn’t adhere to any strict diets, she keeps herself toned by focusing on clean, whole foods.

Most of the time, she avoids processed and junk foods. While she used to be careless about her food choices, the actress is now more mindful of her eating habits. Her typical meals include an egg or a bowl of oatmeal with fruits for breakfast and chicken or fish with salad for lunch and dinner. She also snacks on healthy ones, including yogurt, almonds, and smoothies.
