American actress Brenda Song had her career beginnings in the mid-1990s. Her very first acting gig was on the television show Thunder Alley. She then got her first starring role in Fudge. At the same time, she also appeared in the films Santa with Muscles and Leave It to Beaver. She then became known for starring as Sariffa Chung in 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd in the early 2000s.

After appearing as recurring character Tia in Phil of the Future, she gained fame as London Tipton in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. She reprised her role in the spin-off show The Suite Life on Deck. In the 2010s, she had recurring roles in Scandal and New Girl. She then joined the main cast of the sitcom Dads as Veronica. She recently starred as Angie Cheng in the short-lived series Pure Genius.

The 29-year-old actress stays in shape by working out on a regular basis. Even when she was younger, Brenda was always active in her lifestyle. Even before until now, the actress makes sure she maintains her health and fitness by working hard. She hits the gym and is trained by her brother. Years before, she also shared how she lies Bikram yoga, doing it thrice per week. She typically does yoga as means of relaxing when she’s not training with her brother.

To spice up her fitness routine, she also joins classes with her friends sometimes and bonds with her mom by doing yoga together. She said: “My mom and I make a whole day out of it. We have class, and then we eat, and then we do ice cream, always.” Naturally, the actress doesn’t go strict fitness routine. She just does the basic, but she also challenges herself by improving her fitness levels as soon as she feels that she’s ready to step up.
